Shipping Times: As soon as your order leaves our hands, you will receive a tracking number. For all standard orders please allow 2-3 business days for order processing before tracking becomes available. Return Policy: All products are eligible for returns within 15 days of delivery date for a restocking fee with exception of « Final Sale » items. All exchanges and returns must be registered on the portal prior to shipping back the package. Eclat Concepts is not responsible for any costs incurred from return shipping. A return shipping label can be generated by Eclat Concepts upon request. Please reach out to eclatconcepts.customerservice@gmail.com for more information. 

Item Condition: All returns must be shipped with the original packaging and garment bag, product must be unused with original tag still attached. We are unable to offer refunds on items that seem used, open or worn. Product will not be accepted if it has been worn outside, stretched or stained. Your refund will be processed within 10 business days of receipt of your item(s) to your original payment method. 

Products Eligible for Return: All products are eligible for return unless marked « Final Sale » as mentioned in the product description. Nail products are final sale and not eligible for returns due to the nature of the product.
